📚 Educational Qualification
- Ramp Service Executive: 3-year Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Production/Electronics/Automobile OR ITI with NCTVT (3 years) in Motor Vehicle/Auto Electrical/Air Conditioning/Diesel Mechanic/Bench Fitter/Welder. Must have SSC pass with Hindi/English/Local Language.
- Utility Agent cum Ramp Driver: SSC/10th Standard Pass
- Handyman/Handywoman: SSC/10th Standard Pass with ability to read English
- Ramp Service Executive & Utility Agent: Valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) license mandatory
- Handyman/Handywoman: Knowledge of local and Hindi languages desirable
