📚 Educational Qualification
Educational Qualification
Faculty: Graduate/Post Graduate (preference for MSW/MA in Rural Development/Sociology/Psychology/BSc (Agri.)/BA with B.Ed.). Must have a flair for teaching, computer knowledge, and excellent communication skills in local language.
FLCC Counsellor: Graduate from a UGC-recognised university. Must be computer literate (MS Office, internet) with effective communication skills in local language. Preference for retired bank officers (Scale I) or government/semi-government employees with banking knowledge and IIBF certification.
Age Limit
Faculty: 22 to 40 years with sound health.
FLCC Counsellor: Generally above 45 years and less than 65 years as on 31.01.2026.
Experience
Faculty: Preference for retired bank officials with officer experience or candidates with faculty/Rural Development experience. Must be resident of the same State.
FLCC Counsellor: Minimum 10 years experience as officer/permanent employee with unblemished service record. Must be resident of the same State.
