- Officer-in-Charge: Graduate with 5 years work experience in healthcare institutions or Managerial Positions.

- Dental Officer: Merit in BDS. PG / Other Additional Qualification & 5 years experience.
- Pharmacist: B Pharmacy & 3 years experience.
- Lab Technician: DMLT / Class I Lab Tech Course (Armed Forces) & 5 years experience.
- Dental A/T/H: Diploma holder in Dental Hyg / Class- I DH/DORA Course (Armed Forces) & 3 years experience.
- Nursing Assistant: GNM Diploma / Class- I Nursing Asst Course (Armed Forces) & 5 years experience.
- DEO: Graduate / Class I Clerical trade (Armed Forces) & 5 years experience.
