📚 Educational Qualification
- Assistant General Manager (PEM): BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical/Civil/Instrumentation with minimum 60% marks
- Senior Manager (PEM): BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical/Civil/Instrumentation with minimum 65% marks
- Senior Manager (Projects)/Manager (Projects)/Deputy Manager (Projects): BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical/Civil with minimum 65% marks
- Assistant General Manager (PEM): Minimum 16 years' experience in design and engineering for refinery, petrochemical, gas processing, fertilizer, chemical plants or ferrous/non-ferrous metallurgical projects
- Senior Manager (PEM): Minimum 12 years' similar experience
- Senior Manager (Projects): Minimum 12 years' relevant experience
- Manager (Projects): Minimum 8 years' relevant experience
- Deputy Manager (Projects): Minimum 4 years' relevant experience
