Technician Apprentice (101–106): Diploma (3-year) in relevant Engineering (Mech/Electrical/Instrumentation/Civil/ECE/EE) — 50% (UR/EWS/OBC), 45% (SC/ST/PwBD)
ITI Trade Apprentice (107–111): Matric + 2-year ITI (Fitter/Electrician/Electronics/Instrument/Machinist) — NCVT/SCVT
Graduate Apprentice (112): Any Graduate (BA/BCom/BSc/BBA) — 50% (UR/EWS/OBC), 45% (SC/ST/PwBD)
DEO Apprentice (113): 12th Pass — same % criteria
DEO Skill (114): 12th + DEO Skill Certificate (NSQF)
