📚 Educational Qualification
- Additional Chief Risk Manager: Graduate/Postgraduate in Economics/Statistics/Finance/Business Administration/MBA/PGDI or CA/CS; minimum 10 years' BFSI experience with at least 5 years at senior management level
- Risk Managers: PG in Finance/Commerce/Economics/Statistics/Mathematics or MBA/Engineering/CA; minimum 5 years' experience in risk management
- Producer Organization Manager/GI Manager: Master's degrees in Business Administration, Rural Development, Agriculture, etc.; 5-10 years' relevant experience
- Financial Analyst: MBA/PGDM in Finance with 55% marks or CA/CFA; minimum 2 years' experience
- Data Scientist: BE/B.Tech in IT/Computer Science with 60% marks or ME/M.Tech/MCA; minimum 1 year experience in AI/ML
- Project Managers: BE/B.Tech or BCA/MCA in relevant fields; minimum 5-7 years' experience in IT operations
