- Senior Scientific Officer: Ph.D. with 2 years experience OR Master's Degree in Psychology/Criminology with 5 years experience
- Junior Scientific Officer: Master's Degree in relevant field OR B.E./B.Tech with 3 years experience
- Laboratory Assistant: Bachelor's Degree in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Forensic Science etc.
- Deputy/Assistant Registrar: Master's Degree with 55% marks and relevant experience
- Engineers: Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Electrical Engineering with 55% marks
- Statistical Assistant: Bachelor's Degree with Statistics as special subject
- Library Assistant: Bachelor's in Library Science + 30 wpm typing speed
- Laboratory Assistant: 18-27 years
