Educational & Service Qualification
Must be a Group C volunteer from any department within Indian Railways, currently serving in Level-6 of RS (RP) Rules 2016, with a minimum of two years of regular service in that level.
Required Skills & Competencies
Must be conversant with preventive/breakdown maintenance of Road Transport Vehicles, supervision of drivers, knowledge of the Motor Vehicle Act 1989, and possess a valid driving license for Motorcycle/Scooter and Light Motor Vehicle (LMV).
Nationality
Indian Citizen (as applicable for Railway employees).
