- Indian Naval Academy: Bachelor's degree in Engineering from recognized university/institution

- IMA & INA: 20-24 years (Born between 2nd July 2002 to 1st July 2007), Unmarried males only
- AFA: 20-24 years (up to 26 for Commercial Pilot License holders), Unmarried below 25 years
- OTA Men: 21-25 years (Born between 2nd July 2001 to 1st July 2007), Unmarried males only
- OTA Women: 21-25 years (Born between 2nd July 2001 to 1st July 2007), Unmarried/widows/divorcees without children
