- Subject of Nepal/Bhutan
- Tibetan refugee who came to India before January 1, 1962
- Person of Indian origin migrated from specified countries
- Born between July 2, 2006 and July 1, 2009
- Age relaxation as per government rules
- For Army Wing: 12th Class pass of 10+2 pattern
- For Air Force and Naval Wings: 12th Class pass with Physics and Mathematics
- Appearing candidates may also apply
- Height and weight as per service requirements
- Good mental and physical health
- No history of mental illness
