- Center Administrator: Masters in Law/ Social Work/ Sociology/ Social Science/ Psychology with at least 5 years of experience in women-related domains and 1 year of counseling experience.
- Case Worker: Bachelor Degree in Law/ Social Work/ Sociology/ Social Science/ Psychology with at least 3 years of experience in women-related projects.
- Para Legal: Degree in Law with legal training and 3 years of experience in women-related projects or 2 years of litigation experience.
- Para Medical Personal: Professional degree/diploma in paramedics (G.N.M., B.Sc Nursing) with 3 years of experience in the health sector.
- Psycho-Social Counselor: Degree/Diploma in Psychology/ Psychiatry/ NeuroSciences with 3 years of experience in health projects.
- Office Assistant: Graduate with a diploma in Computers/IT and 3 years of experience in data management and reporting.
- Multi-purpose Staff/Cook: Literate with relevant domain experience; High School pass preferred.
- Security Guard/Night Guard: Preferably retired military personnel with at least 2 years of experience as security personnel.
